I visited Ohio Living Breckenridge Village and it smelled of urine. I also saw people sitting around half clothed. I met some of the staff, and they didn’t seem like they cared.
The staff is unprofessional, the staff is not on top of things, the clients ring their buzzers and no one responds, it took 15 minutes until someone came in the room. The beds are uncomfortable and the food is garbage. I will be sending an email to the AMA and whoever else. The rooms are clean and no trash cans in rooms.
