I would definitely recommend Gentry Park Bloomington. Overall I have had good experiences with Monroe Place The staff is friendly and seem to care for all the people under their care. They do have a high turnover and don’t seem to have enough help at times.
But the administration are a bunch of money hungry, greedy individuals. They submitted my bill that was already paid 5 months ago, to a collection agency, lowering my credit score by 40 points. I have called more than 5 times, but the current administrator will not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call, let alone clear up the mess that they created with the collection agency. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Like other care providers, nursing home costs vary depending on the type of facility.
